Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make a kind of ices which can enjoy a balanced combination of chocolate and ices by forming, through a specific process, the outermost layer of ice, the intermediate chocolate layer and the innermost ice layer in order. CONSTITUTION:At first, a mold 10 dipped in a coolant is filled with an ice mix, and the outermost layer is frozen. Then, unfrozen mix is sucked off to form the shell 12a. Then, liquid chocolate is jetted onto the inside surface of the shell 12a to form the chocolate thin layer 13. Finally, the inside of the tin layer 13 is filled with ice mix and the ice mix is frozen to give the subject ice.
