Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To produce sintered ore which is partially different in basicity and is improved in the low-temp. reduction collapsing property in a blast furnace with simple equipment by laminating and supplying sintering raw materials having different basicities into an ore feed hopper, then supplying the materials onto a pallet and sintering the same at the time of producing the sintered ore for blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:The low-temp. reduction collapsing property of the sintered ore for the blast furnace is poorest in a 1.2-1.8 range of the basicity (CaO/SiO2) thereof and, therefore, the raw material 2a which is so compounded as to have the basicity off the above-mentioned 1.2-1.8 range, for example, to have 1.87 and the raw material 2b compounded to have, for example, 0.7 are supplied in the form of layers by belt conveyors 5a, 5 into the ore feed hopper 6 in the case of producing the sintered ore having 1.0-2.5 average basicity. These materials are supplied by a drum feeder 7 onto the pallet 12 where the raw material of 1.87 basicity and the raw material of 0.7 are so laminated as to have 1.0-2.5 average basicity, then the materials are sintered. The sintered ore having the improved low-temp. reduction collapsing property and 1.0-2.5 average basicity is produced with the conventional simple apparatus for producing the sintered ore by sintering the heterogeneously mixed raw materials having the high basicity and low basicity in the basicity distribution.
