Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make it possible to rapidly and smoothly feed air into skirts when an ACV (air cushion type vehicle) hull is floated up from its rest condition, by providing a plurality of finger skirts in the corrugated outer peripheral section of the ACV hull, and by forming bevel shape air flow passages through the upper part of the finger skirt. CONSTITUTION:Pressure air discharged from a propeller driven by an engine attached to a hull 1 is jetted in part into the rear section of the hull so as to be used as a power for running the hull 1, and is let in the remaining part into the lower section of the hull through a duct 7. A corrugated overhanging section 2 is formed in the outer peripheral section of the hull, being inclined outward downward, and an air flow passage 5 is provided in each bevel cross- sectional shape part which is defined by both downward inclined side parts of the inside of the hull, and a plurality of finger skirts 3 are attached to the hull. Pressure air from the duct 7 is fed rapidly into chambers sectioned by the finger skirts 3 through the air passages 5, thereby, it is possible to smoothly float up the hull from a rest condition.
