Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To filtrate dry dust as well as liquid by using the filter which is restrained in diameter of single fiber, METSUKE (unit) (weight-to-area ratio), thickness, gas permeability and water-pressure resistivity within a specified range in the use for air cleaning of a room cleaner, etc. CONSTITUTION:In this air cleaning filter, the single body or laminated body of fabric, knitting or nonwoven fabric is used. The fiber constituting these fablic consists of synthetic fiber or cellulosic fiber of 0.1-10mum diameter of single fiber. These fiber structure is of 20-150g/m METSUKE ratio and 0.05-0.8mm thickness. The filter material of this structure is made in 4-30cc/ cm /sec degree of gas permeability and 300-1,000mmHg water-pressure resistivi ty. The above-mentioned filter is obtained by producing in such a way that METSUKE (unit) and thickness of the material having water repellence by itself are adjusted so that the gas permeability and the water-pressure resistivity are in the specified range.
