Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily measure the water-cement ratio in concrete by measuring the water-cement ratio in accordance with the weight in air and weight in water of mortar from the weight in water of the concrete determined from the detected value of a label ion. CONSTITUTION:The label ion such as iodine ion which is not contained in the concrete is previously charged in a known amt. into the fresh concrete. The weight W in water of said concrete is then measured by measuring the dilute value thereof. On the other hand, the mortar is formed by removing the coarse aggregate from the concrete and the weight MA in air and weight MW in water of said mortar are determined by a hydrometer, by which the weight C of the cement in the concrete is determined. The water-cement ratio of the above-mentioned fresh concrete is measured in accordance with the above- mentioned weight W of water, weight in air and weight in water.
