Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain an insulated wire having improved surface sliding characteristic on its insulation layer and adhesion layer by coating and baking a coat where one or more than two kinds of fatty acids, aliphatic alcohol, pure hydrocarbon lublicants of 0.5-50wt part is set with respect to phenoxy resin of 100wt part denaturated by fatty acid. CONSTITUTION:Phenoxy resin is obtained by condensating polymerization of bisphenol A with epiclorohydrine, and has hydroxyl group within its molecule while has not epoxy radical at its end. The applied amount of fatty acid or its derivative is 0.5-50wt part to phenoxy resin of 100wt part. In the fatty acid denaturation phenolky resin solution obtained in this way, one or more than two kinds of fatty acid, aliphatic alcohol, pure hydrocarbon lublicants is mixed therein to prepare a coating material. Such coating material is applied directly, or through the other insulation layer or bonding layer, and thermally bonded to form the outermost layer. It is thus possible to give an insulated wire having excellent slidability on its surface, self-lublicatability, deterioration resistance at the time of processing, bonding performance as a wound coil. |
