Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve reading accuracy at the time of performing a high frequency operation, by constituting the magnetic pole plane of an upper magnetic core and a lower magnetic core with a single layer of magnetic film, and forming structure where a part positioned at the rear of the magnetic pole plane is laminated with plural magnetic films and non- magnetic insulating films alternately. CONSTITUTION:The lower magnetic core 20 is constituted of the magnetic films 1 and 2 and the non-magnetic insulating film 3, and the upper magnetic core 30 is constituted of the magnetic films 4 and 5 and the non-magnetic film 6. Both magnetic cores 20 and 30 form a prescribed magnetic gap 9 at the tip of the heads where they confront with a magnetic recording medium 100, and are connected magnetically at the rear part separated far from the magnetic gap, and a conductive coil 10 with prescribed number of winding which passes both cores 20 and 30 and crosses with a magnetic circuit is provided between the cores 20 and 30, and when a current flows on the coil 10, an intensified magnetic field is generated in the magnetic gap 9, and information can be recorded on the recording medium 100 by the magnetic field. When the medium 100 passes through in the neighborhood of the magnetic gap 9 at high speed, magnetic flux is generated which alternates from the upper core 20 to the lower core 30 in a short time, and a voltage is induced in the conductive coil 10 by the magnetic flux, then, the information can be reproduced on the medium 100.
