CONSTITUTION:A blended powder of 0.5-40vol.% partially stabilized zirconia, two or more metallic oxides selected from Ba, Y, Sr, La, Sc and lanthanoids, Cu and O is calcined in O2 atmosphere, pulverized and fired to afford the aimed oxide ceramics superconductor consisting of the partially stabilized zirconia, two or more metals selected from Ba, Y, Sr, La, Sc and lanthanoids, Cu and O.
