ELECTRONIC MESHING PROCESSOR

PURPOSE:To execute immediate conversion from the low-resolution picture data of small capacity to the mesh point dot image of high resolution by precedingly setting a picture element interpolating means to the threshold circuit of causing mesh point. CONSTITUTION:An image accumulating system 204 accumulates an original image 200 transmitted and received by photograph transmitting devices 201 and 202 to a storing means 205. For example, the three lines of the data of the original image 200 are successively transferred to the storing means 206. A picture element interpolating means 207 computes an interpolating picture element value by using mutually neighboring two picture elements in the horizontal direction of the two lines. A threshold circuit 208 inputs these interpolating picture element values which are interpolated, compares the interpolated picture element value with a threshold matrix and converts it to a binary dot. This binary dot is stored to a dot data memory 210 and after that, outputted to a film plotter 211 and a mesh point image 212 is recorded every moment.
