MEMORY AREA CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To reuse a memory area at a high speed by checking the generation areas having data exceeding the prescribed capacity and carrying out the copying processes at one time to all generation areas having the generation numbers smaller than the generation having the smallest number and the quantity of data smaller than said capacity excluding a generation 1. CONSTITUTION:A produced area 11 is short and a copying process is started. Here the area application value of a generation 2 exceeds its capacity and therefore the copying process is started to both generations 1 and 2. While the application value of a generation 4 exceeds its capacity and the application value of a generation 3 is less than its capacity. Therefore no copying process is started to the generation 4. In other words, the copying process is started to those generation areas having the generation numbers less than 3.
