WARNING TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To speedily respond to a warning by arranging an off-line communication means in an information center and arranging an information display device on a CAPTAIN(Character and Pattern Telephone Access Information Network system) terminal side. CONSTITUTION:For example, when an operator of the information center 10 performs specific key operation on a keyboard 14, the signal regarding this key operation is inputted to a speech information processor 18. The processor 18 decodes the input information and inputs a speech signal for attracting attention to a warning output device 20. The device 20 sends out a specific warning signal based on the kind of this signal to the line controller 42 of the CAPTAIN terminal 40 through a communication network 30. The controller 42 detects this signal and sends out its detection signal to the information display device 62. The device 62 on receives the detection signal makes a warning buzzer sound and also turns on a specific lamp. The user of the terminal 40 notices the warning and calls the center 10 through the keyboard 54, so that a videotex communication network is released.
