Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To prevent the behavior of a ground from hardly being trans mitted to a body structure section by actively controlling the body structure section in response to displacement and a change in the horizontal direction of the ground. CONSTITUTION: A body structure section 13 is constructed on a supporting structure section 12 through universal joints 16, and columns 15 constituting the supporting structure section 12 are also disposed in upright on a fixed structure section 11 through the universal joints 16. An actuator 25 is installed horizontally between the lower section of the body structure section 13 and a reaction wall. The actuator 25 is controlled through a controller 26 by an output from a displacement sensor 27 detecting displacement in the horizontal direction of the fixed structure section 11, and the body structure section 13 is moved by quantity equal to the displacement of the fixed structure section 11 in the opposite direction to the displacement.
