Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition outstanding in appearance, mechanical properties and moldability, suitable as a raw material for electrical and/or mechanical structural parts, by incorporating a composition comprising a thermoplastic resin and/or polymeric elastomer and zinc metal-based filler with a modified polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating 100pts.wt. of a composition comprising (A) 5-50pts.wt. of (i) a thermoplastic resin selected from polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyimides, polyesters, polyacetals, polycarbonates, polyaromatic (thio)ethers, polysulfones, styrenes and acrylates and/or (ii) a polymeric elastomer and (B) 95-50pts.wt. of zinc metal-based filler with (C) 1-10pts.wt. of a modified polyolefin.
