Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve a surface sliding property of the insulating layer or the bonding layer of an electric wire and to prevent removal of fatty acid and/or a derivative thereof, by applying paint composed of polyvinylacetal combined with a specific amount of polyisocianate masked by the fatty acid or the derivative thereof to an outermost layer. CONSTITUTION:Paint composed of polyvinylacetal of 100 weight portion combined with polyisocianate of 5-150 weight portion masked by fatty acid and/or derivative thereof is applied to an outermost layer and baked. With this arrangement, a surface sliding property is improved, an excellent selflubricating property is obtained, resistance to deterioration due to processing is improved, and an adhering force is improved when an electric wire is made to a wound coil. Further, since the fatty acid as a lubricating agent reacts the polyisocianate, it does not appears on a surface, and then does not make a winder dirty and the paint is stored stably. |
