Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To base manufacturing process on an NC system and to improve printing quality, by cutting a plate material, wherein three plate bodies are laminated, in two stages of depths corresponding to the contour line of an image line part and the outside thereof and respectively releasing the unnecessary parts of the cut-in lines on the single side thereof. CONSTITUTION:An upper layer plate body 10' composed of a rubber compound, an intermediate layer plate body 12' and a lower layer plate body 14' wherein a fabric layer 16 is embedded between rubber compounds, are laminated and bonded so as to be releasable each other. A cut-in line 18 is vertically formed to the plate body 10' from above according the contour line of the image line part of a printing plate so as to reach the contact surface with the plate body 12' and a cut-in line 20 is formed to the plate body 10' and the plate body 12' from above according to the outside of the contour line so as to reach the contact surfaces of both plate bodies. At the point of time when cutting-in is finished, the unnecessary parts of the plate bodies 10', 12' partitioned by the cut-in lines 18, 20 are released and removed. This flexographic printing plate consists of a plate surface 10 having the image line part formed thereto, the plate surface support 12 supporting the same and the support base body 14 supporting the plate surface support 12 and a manufacturing process can be based on an NC system and printing quality is also improved. |
