SHEET FOR DISPLAY OF TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS AND ELAPSED TIME THEREOF

PURPOSE: To make the relation ship between a temperature and the elapsed time of the temperature display by bringing first elements carrying micro-capsule layers containing specific materials on their surfaces into contact with color developing display layers containing a specific material and marking the display layers with time scale divisions. CONSTITUTION: Color developing display layers 1 and 2 on a substrate sheet 4 contain active hydrogen supplying materials and are marked with time scale divisions 3. First elements 8 and 9 are formed by forming micro-capsule layers 6 containing a colorless lactone compound which is a dye precursor and a fusible compound with has a prescribed known melting point and becomes the solvent or dispersion medium of the lactone compound in a liquid state on base layers 7. The melting points of the hydrocarbons contained in the elements 8 and 9 respectively fall within ranges from -10 deg.C to -5 deg.C and from -5 deg.C to 0 deg.C. When the micro-capsule layers 6 are broken down by pressure at an ambient temperature of -10 deg.C to -5 deg.C, the display layer 1 immediately develops a color and color development progresses from a start line 5 as time elapses, but the indicator layer 2 does nor develop any color. When the ambient temperature becomes >=-5 deg.C, the layer 2 also develops a color.
