Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To efficiently improve electrolysis and to miniaturize an electrolytic cell by alternately arranging an anode plate and a cathode plate, and using an integrated electrode plate unit to carry out electrolysis. CONSTITUTION:A framework is formed by a frame body 10, a fixing part 20, a short circuit preventing part 30, and an engaging part 40, and an electrode plate unit is formed by the framework. The frame body 10 has the reactangular shape corresponding to the shape of the electrode plate, and formed by a couple of frame members 11 and 12 so as to be attached to both surfaces of an anode plate. The fixing part 20 consists of claw-shaped protrusions 21a and 21b, the protrusions 21a and 21b have elasticity and form a groove, and the anode plate is engaged with the groove. The short circuit preventing parts 30 are a plate-like member, and protrude from the upper ends of the frame members 11 and 12. The engaging part 40 is formed by a couple of the opposed plate-like projecting pieces 41 and 42 provided along both ends of the frame member 11, and used for positioning the adjacent framework through a cathode plate and covering the cathode plate interposed between the frameworks. The electrode plate unit formed by such a framework can be easily taken into and out from an electrolytic cell.
