RAIN AGEING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTED HOUSING FOR PRESTRESS WORK OF PRESTRESSED CONCRETE NUCLEAR REACTOR HOUSING CONTAINER

PURPOSE: To reduce man-hour, time period of work, construction cost and to improve safety by surrounding prestressing work space at both the sides of buttress with an elevator cover consisting of air tent thereby requiring no temporary facilities, lighting and natural lighting. CONSTITUTION: A prestressing work space at both the sides of buttress 8 of prestressed concrete containment vessel(PCCV) for nuclear reactor is surrounded by an elevator cover consisting of a transparent air tent edged by roped edge having a tubular shape capable of covering a trace of elevator 14. And using the elevator 14 as a work platform, an air tent is fixed from the inner side of the elevator cover 20. In this way, the work can be performed using only the existing facilities as scaffold accompanied to PCCV 17 without providing complicated scaffolding for a high working place and also building a temporary shed only with simple anchoring and fixing work under the conditions already secured for the work at a high place.
