Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form a coating layer having uniform thickness even on a small-bore pipe of complicated shapes with the bent inside by simultaneously giving the rotation in the normal and reverse directions with the lengthwise direction of a material to be treated as the axis of rotation, and the oscillation in the lengthwise direction to the material. CONSTITUTION:A couple of holders 10 and 11 holding both ends of the bent small-bore pipe M to be treated are pivoted on a table 7, the holders are connected to a driving source 8 with a straight line connecting the holder 10 and 11 as the axis, and the holders are rotated in the normal and reverse directions. The table 7 is connected to a driving mechanism having a slider crank mechanism 19 connected to a driving motor 16, and the table 7 is reciprocated, oscillated, and rotated in the longitudinal direction. As a result, a coating layer having uniform thickness can be formed even on a small-bore pipe of complicated shapes with the bent inside.
