Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce an installation space and ensure smooth movement of a thermal recording paper, by providing a projected glaze layer at or in the vicinity of the part where a slant surface part and a flat part of a ceramic substrate provided with a slant end part adjoin each other. CONSTITUTION:An alumina ceramic substrate 1 is provided with a slant surface part 3 by grinding it at an angle of about 14 deg. from an intermediate part of an upper flat part 2 toward an end part. A crystallized glass paste is applied to the surface of the slant surface part 3 and the surface of the upper flat part 2 by screen printing, and is fired at 930 deg.C for 10min. Then, the paste is applied by screen printing to the part 4 where the slant surface part 3 and the upper flat part 2 adjoin each other, in a width of about 2.0mm, and is fired at 930 deg.C for 10min. After cooling, the surface of the crystallized glass is polished to obtain a glazed substrate having a surface roughness of not more than 0.1mum, a maximum thickness of a projected glazed layer 5 of 45mum, and the thickness of a glazed layer 6 on the slant surface part and a glazed layer 7 on the upper flat part of 25mum respectively. |
