Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To secure an assured vibration-free state at a vibration-free part by attaching an actuator to a vibration-free part and connecting the vibration- free part to a vibration part via plural spring mass damper systems set succes sively. CONSTITUTION:A vibration part 1 is connected with a vibration-free part 2 which is supported by the part 1 by the spring mass damper systems 6 and 7 set successively and via an actuator 5 attached to the part 2. At the same time, either one of the acceleration, the speed and the displacement set in a vibration mode of the part 1 or their differential and integral calculus value is supplied to a digital filter 4. Then the actuator 5 is actuated by the control signal produced by the filter 4 to secure a vibration-free state. As a result, the fine vibrations of the part 1 are eliminated by the systems 6 and 7 and at the same time an assured vibration-free state is secured at the part 2. |
