AUTOMATIC ARC WELDING METHOD USING CONSUMABLE ELECTRODE

PURPOSE:To automatically start the normal welding work at al times by applying a deposition release electric current to release a depositing state automatically in case a wire for an electrode is deposited on a work. CONSTITUTION:In case an arc generation confirmation signal drops from a high level to a low level, a control circuit 42 opens a power source switch 52b of a welding voltage and current control part and closes a deposition detection power source switch 64b at the same time. At that time, a deposition display device 68 displays the depositing state and performs the fusion processing. In this case, the control circuit 42 opens the deposition detection power source switch 64b and resets a welding and deposition release power source 52a to the voltage and current for releasing the deposition and closes the power source switch 52b and feeds the current for releasing the period deposition to a welding core wire 24 and the work 32. After the prescribed time when the deposition fusion processing is performed, the deposition detection is again decided. When the deposition is released, the deposition display device 68 is closed and a preset welding action is restarted automatically.
