MOLDING METHOD OF RESIN MOLDING EQUIPPED WITH MOVABLE PROJECT ION

PURPOSE:To efficiently produce an integral molding equipped with movable projections with developing neither sinking nor flashing by a method wherein thermoplastic elastomer is fed through gates arranged at the centers of thick- walled projected parts, which are held by a board through thin-walled parts. CONSTITUTION:Thick-walled projections, thin-walled parts and a board integrally molded by feeding molding material or thermoplastic elastomer through gates, each of which is arranged near the center of each thick-walled projection 11, which is held by the board 13 through a thin-walled part 12. Because the gate 4 is arranged near the center of the thick-walled projection 11, the molding material, which is fed just after the starting of molding through the gate and the temperature of which is comparatively lower, is in the state being involved in the interior of the projected part 11 and consequently molding material, which is fed afterwards and the temperature of which is higher and consequently which has high fluidity, uniformly spreads from the gate 4 part at the center to the peripheral edge or flows through the thin-walled part 12 to the board. As a result, the flow balance is good and the thin-walled part is uniformly finished to stress-free state and consequently no development of sinking results.
