CONTROL SYSTEM FOR PLURAL ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENTS

PURPOSE:To contrive to remarkably improve operability, by setting selectively the range of information to be stored in a second electronic equipment, and accessing order to a first and the second electronic equipments when the above information is not supplied sufficiently. CONSTITUTION:For example, a system consisting of an electronic cash register (ECR)11 is constituted of a master equipment 11a that is the first electronic equipment,and slave equipments 11b-11n which are the second electronic equipments. After either a centralization system, a distribution system, or an individual system is selected, and when the change of a system is requested due to a various kinds of factors such as the change of the scale of a shop, or that of the sales development of a product, the operating state of the ECR11 is switched to a service mode, and a designation code having a different system can be inputted. In this way, it is possible to select an arbitrary system at an arbitrary time.
