INSIDE/OUTSIDE AIR INTRODUCTION CONTROLLING METHOD FOR AIR CONDITIONER OF AUTOMOBILE

PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out the introduction of fresh air when operating a cooler by setting a target intake air temp. at the time of introducing inside/ outside air into a duct casing, and adjustingly controlling the opening of an inside/output air switchover door so as to obtain said target intake air temp. CONSTITUTION:A control unit 13 determines a target intake air temp. after determining an inside target control temp., to adjust the opening of an inside/ outside air switchover door 5 based on the deviation between the intake air temp. of an actual inside/outside air introduced into a duct casing 1 and the target intake air temp. When a cooler is operated lowering an intake air temp. lower than a target intake air temp., the door 5 is opened to introduce an outside air, increasing the intake air temp. of the inside/outside air. And, the adjustment of the opening of the door 5 is repeatedly carried out so as to make the difference between both temperatures zero. Thereby, the rate of opening the outside air introducing side of the door 5 becomes large, efficiently introducing fresh air.
