Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To detect three forces and three moments at a high accuracy, by connecting upper and lower parallel substrates together with a total of six detection columns which are arranged on a circumference at respective positions equally divided by 120 deg. in such a manner as to be at a fixed angle to the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is made up of upper and lower substrates 1 and 2 arranged parallel, a total of six detection columns 3-8 which are arranged in pairs of two each on a circumference at respective positions equally divided by 120 deg. in such a manner as to be at a fixed angle to the vertical direction to connect both the substrates 1 and 2 and strain gauges 11-16 provided on the detection columns 3-8. When an external force allowed to be divided into forces in three axes (x), (y) and (z) and moments Mx, My and Mz about three axes works on the substrates 1 and 2, a tension force or a compression force acts upon each of the detection columns 3-8 in a fixed relationship with the forces and the moments. The tension or compression forces are detected with the gauges 11-16 and an axial force working on the detection columns 3-8 permits accurate detection of the three-axis-wise forces and moments. |
