FIBER SCOPE

PURPOSE:To position the titled fiber scope by its mere mounting, and also, to faculitate its mounting, by projecting the tip part of an image guide of the fiber scope body, in front of a head, and forming a recessed part into which the tip part of the image guide is inserted, in a visual field direction converting adaptor which can be mounted and removed freely. CONSTITUTION:The tip part 3 of the image guide 2 of the fiber scope body 1 is protruded in front of the head 4 of a body 1, and a recessed part 6 into which the tip part 3 of an image guide is inserted is formed in a visual field direction converting adaptor which can be mounted and removed to and from the head 4. At the time of mounting the visual field direction converting adaptor 5 to the fiber scope body 1, said adaptor 5 is mounted to the head 4 so that its recessed part 6 covers the tip part 3 of the image guide 2, and this visual field direction converting adaptor 5 is fixed to a fastener by a box nut 7. At the time of removing the visual field direction converting adaptor 5, the box nut 7 is rotated in reverse.
