Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To eliminate the dependence on temperatures by replacing a load resistance with a variable resistor consisting of a MOSFET and forming a ratio type inverter only with plural MOSFET of the same temperature coefficient. CONSTITUTION:A variable resistance load 110 consists of a decoder 111 containing eight output terminals 121-128 and resistance elements 131-138 containing MOSFET 141-148 for switch having gates connected with terminals 121-128 and MOSFETs 158-151 for resistance respectively. A MOSFET 12 is connected to the load 110 for formation of a ratio type inverter 31. Here only the MOSFET having the same temperature coefficient as the MOSFET of the inverter 31 so as to eliminate fluctuation of the output voltage value against the temperature change. Thus it is possible to obtain a voltage comparator that can be easily set into a semiconductor device together with the comparison voltage value set optionally with no dependence on temperatures. |
