Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of the form of the titled material at a time in use and to always hold an efficient humidity conditioning function by laminat ing both the specified sheet-like humidity conditioning composition and a sheet- like base material having an uneven surface and allowing interlaminar clearance parts to be penetrated in the horizontal direction of the layer. CONSTITUTION:Sheet-like humidity conditioning composition is obtained by using the following saponified substance of a copolymer, deliquescent substance such as CaCl2 and short fiber substance, wherein for example, >=70mol% vinyl acetate component of the copolymer consisting of 50-90.8mol% vinyl acetate and 50-0.2mol% unsaturated carboxylic acid such as maleic acid monomethyl- vinyl acetate copolymer is saponified. A laminating type humidity conditioning material is manufactured by bonding the sheet-like humidity conditioning component I so that it is toughed to the protruding part of a sheet-like base material II having an uneven surface such as a corrugated board and superposing this laminated material.
