Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the titled dope by treatment of cellulose with a carbohydrate decomposition enzyme followed by dissolution in an aqueous alkaline solution to effect a stable solution of high concentration with little undissolved particles. CONSTITUTION:Cellulose is treated using at least one kind of carbohydrate decomposition enzyme (pref. amylase, cellulase, or glycosidase) pref. at an enzyme concentration >=0.5wt% under a pH3-7 at 40-60 deg.C for >=15sec followed by dissolution in an aqueous alkaline solution, thus obtaining the objective dope pref. with a cellulose concentration >=3wt% and =10mum determined by the coulter counter method. USE:Capable of producing such formed articles as high-quality fibers, films or membranes, on an industrial scale.
