Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide excellent brightness effect as well as noble and profound design effect and to form paint to a surface patternwise by laminating a thermoplastic resin sheet to a base material as an intermediate layer, and further providing polyvinyl chloride resin paint, into which fine pieces of a thermoplastic resin film having aluminum applied thereto by vapor deposition are mixed, to the upper surface of said resin sheet using a specific screen to form a fine grain embossed pattern. CONSTITUTION:Polyvinyl chloride resin paint, into which fine pieces of a thermoplastic resin film having aluminum applied thereto by vapor deposition are mixed, is applied to the upper surface of an intermediate layer using a screen having a mesh size of 250-840mum (60-20 mesh) and a thickness of 90-150mum to form a fine grain embossed pattern. After screen processing is applied to the upper surface of the intermediate layer, the coated intermediate layer is heated to the softening temp. of the resin contained in the paint composition to form a fine grain embossed pattern, having lightness effect, containing the fine pieces of the thermoplastic resin having aluminum applied thereto by vapor deposition included in a transparent resin film.
