METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INSPECTING INTERNAL SURFACE OF HOLE

PURPOSE:To easily and securely detect whether the internal surface of a hole penetrating a wall body has a flaw or not by closing the intermediate part of the hole and one opening part of the hole, and admitting pressure fluid in the closed space. CONSTITUTION:Operating levers 22 and 22 are moved forth from a slide 21 and while the seal projection streak 35 is positioned at the intermediate part of the hole 4 to be inspected, and end surface closing body 28 is brought into contact with an end surface 7. Further, an operating lever 44 is moved forth, a lever 42 is rotated counterclockwise from a position shown by an imaginary line to press a pressure body 46 against an opening edge 34, and then a body part 33 is pressed between a seal holder 25 and the pressure body 46 to increase in diameter, so that the outer periphery of the projection streak 35 comes into contact with the hole 4 to be inspected. Then pressure fluid is admitted in the space 3 closed by both closing bodies 28 and 31 from an intake provided penetrating a pressure plate 23 and the closing body 28 while a cooling water outlet, thereby checking whether the pressure liquid leaks or not. If there is a flaw 11 penetrating a flange 2 and/or a flaw 12 in the hole internal surface, the pressure in the space 3 drops, so a defective is immediately decided.
