ROLLER FOR ROLLER CONVEYER

PURPOSE:To prevent a bearing from coming off in the axial direction thereof, by forming the bearing from synthetic resin in a U-like cross-sectioned shape, and by folding a roller barrel, radially inward. CONSTITUTION:A radial bearing 13 is disposed between the end part of a hollow roller barrel 11 and a roller shaft 12, and a bearing 13 is made of synthetic resin in a U-like cross-sectioned shape, a space 17 being defined between the inner and outer peripheral wall 14, 15 thereof. A brim 18 which is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the outer wall 15 at the axially outer end, abuts against one end face of the roller barrel 11 so that the bearing 13 is inhibited from moving axially from one end of the roller barrel 11. Further, a slit 19 is formed in the outer peripheral surface 15 so that the one end part of the roller 11 is folded together with the outer peripheral wall 15, thereby it is possible to prevent the bearing 13 from axially coming off.
