BATCH CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To perform control of brands having their sequence executing orders different every recipe by rewriting the contents of an effective stub to which an indirect stub element of a state transition/process control table refers. CONSTITUTION:At the operation's station side, a man-machine interface means 3 carries out the sequence executing order, the registration and change of the recipe data and a down-load command. Then the sequence executing order and the recipe data are filed in a recipe file means 4. The information on the sequence executing order is shifted to an effective stub 9 via a down-load function 8 at the control station side. A state transition/process control table means 10 controls the transition of states due to operations and the process progress. Then an execution table means 11 performs open/close of a valve and drive of a pump. The order of processes described on each execution table is changed by the means 10 in accordance with change of the contents of the stub 9.
