Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form a uniform film by a relatively small volume of gas, by a method wherein, paint having viscosity lower than that of two-pack type epoxy resin paint in used and applied while subjected to revolving motion along with gas. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 1 to be painted made of a metal is embedded in the ground or fixed to a building and, in repairing, the paint from a paint supply pipe 7 is supplied into the pipe 1 along with gas from a gas supply pipe 3 and painting is performed by a revolving gas stream. In this case, as paint, silicone resin paint 11 such as Protam G, wherein various polymers are compounded with silicon resin and the resulting compound is diluted with toluene or ligroin, having viscosity lower than that of two-pack type epoxy resin paint is used and, as the gas F, for example, various non-combustible gases generating no public nuisance such as nitrogen gas are used.
