Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate discrimination, and to reduce cost by the omission of a switch by discriminating 50Hz or 60Hz in a printed substrate from frequency display displayed near a position where components for changing over 50Hz or 60Hz are mounted. CONSTITUTION:In a printed substrate capable of being used in either of 50Hz or 60Hz by exchanging components for a control circuit, a phase-angle determining resistor RA for object frequency 50Hz is fitted at a predetermined position (a lower section lying a little toward the left of the substrate) in the control circuit. The frequency display 1 of 50Hz and 60Hz is set up on a substrate surface, and a resistor RB determining a phase angle for 60Hz is held near 50Hz display in an extractable manner. Accordingly, the printed substrate for 50Hz can be discriminated, thus reducing cost by the omission of a switch.
