PLATING RACK JIG

PURPOSE:To simplify and facilitate the attachment and detachment of a metallic sheet to be plated and to make plating processability more efficient by clamping a metallic sheet to be plated on the hanger rod jig hung from the current- carrying rod of a rack with the spring member of an elastic clamper. CONSTITUTION:Plural metallic sheets 10 to be plated are hung from a hanger jig 20 which is hung on a cathode receiver, the sheet is clamped between a fixed hanger rod 45 and a movable hanger rod 46 through the current-carrying rod 2, the metallic sheet 10 is energized as a cathode by a cathode receiving rod, and an electric current is allowed to flow between the cathode and an anode to carry out plating in a plating soln. In this case, the movable hanger 46 is positioned on the current-carrying rod 2 in accordance with the width of the metallic sheet 10 and hung down, and the metallic sheet is clamped by the clamper 47 utilizing an elastic body such as a spring and fixed to the hanger rods 45 and 46, placed in the plating soln., and plated. After plating, the spring of the clamper 47 is released, hence the plated metallic sheet 10 can be easily detached from the hanger jig 20, and plating efficiency can be improved.
