Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To save a manpower and shorten a construction work schedule by assembling a hanging deck on a tank bottom. CONSTITUTION:A roof frame 3 is assembled on a tank bottom 2 and a hanging deck 8 is connected to the predetermined position of the roof frame 3. Also, the assembly of the hanging deck 8 is carried out on the tank bottom 2. Furthermore, after the hanging deck 8 has been lifted up to a predetermined height by a lift-up means, said hanging deck 8 is connected to the lower end of a hanging rod 7 and supported and suspended therefrom. According to the aforesaid constitution, it becomes possible to save a manpower and shorten a consturuction period.
