Then, steam in the tank 40 is jetted into the solution 23 from a blow-off pipe 72 through a pipe 70 passing through a heat exchanging chamber 60 to generate the heat of absorption. The steam in the tank 40 flows in a pipe 80 provided at the middle part thereof with an injector 81, and makes contact with the solution 23, absorbed through a pipe 82, at the injector 81 to produce the heat of absorption. The heat produced by said absorping reaction is dissipated into the air through the heat exchanging chamber 60 to perform a heating.
