Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a steel plate for container having high corrosion resistance under a coated film, by providing a corrosion-resisting steel plate for container having a composition consisting of specific amounts of C, Si, Mn, P, etc., further one or >=2 elements among specific amounts of Nb, Ti, V, etc., and the balance Fe with impurities. CONSTITUTION:The steel plate for container shall have a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.02-0.12% C, 0.01-0.50% Si, 0.10-1.50% Mn, 0.070-0.150% P, 0.010-0.500% Al, =2 kinds among 0.010-0.060% Nb, 0.010-0.600% Ti, 0.010-0.060% V, and 0.0005-0.0020% B, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. The steel plate of the above composition is hot- rolled, assembled into a container, and then subjected to resin coating. In this way, the steel plate having high corrosion resistance under a coated film in an environment filled with many sea salt grains can be obtained.
