Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To rapidly and exactly perform the write and the erasure of informa tion by controlling the induction or the erasure of a circulating current by photoradiating the part of a superconductive closed loop. CONSTITUTION:When the central part of a first buss 11 is photoirradiated, the photoradiated part causes a phase transition, and a resistance is generated at the said part. Accordingly, a current Iw scarcely flows in the first buss 11, and flows mostly in a second buss 12, and next, when the photoradiation is interrupted, the first buss 11 returns again to a superconductive state and comes to a storing state of an element. In order to erase the storing state, when the same part, which has been photoradiated, of the element under the storing state, is photoradiated again, the resistance is caused at the photoradiated part, therefore, the circulating current disappears and the element returns to an initial state. Thus, the write and the erasure of the information are performed and a rapid and exact operation is obtained without the intervention of an electrical noise.
