Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the image density without being influenced by humidity by detecting the humidity and controlling an exposure quantity, at the time of forming a color image by an image sheet having a microcapsule consisting of a coloring precursor and a photosensitive substance. CONSTITUTION:An image sheet 1 is formed by coating a microcapsule in which a coloring precursor and a photosensitive substance are enclosed, the photosensitive substance is hardened in accordance with an exposure quantity, and without generating its coloring, an image is formed. Subsequently, a light beam is emitted from a light source 2, and radiated to an image plate 4 through a half mirrors 3. A reflected light from its image plate 4 is allowed to form an image on the image sheet 1 through a projection lens 5. In that case, by providing a humidity detector 6 on the image sheet 1, humidity is detected. Its humidity information is sent to an arithmetic circuit 8, and by a data 9 of density related to the humidity, and the exposure quantity, the exposure quantity is controlled. In such a case, when the humidity is high, the exposure quantity is reduced. Accordingly, the image density can be made optimum without being influenced by the humidity, and a good color image can be obtained.
