Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To manufacture blades for rotary compressor excellent in siezure resistance as well as in wear resistance, by mixing solid lubricants with powders of high-speed steel and alloy tool steel, by subjecting the resulting powder mixture to compacting and then to solid-phase sintering, and by applying sealing treatment to the surface of a sintered compact. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing blades for rotary compressor, 0.5-3.0wt% of at least one kind among BN, MoS2, and WS2 is mixed as solid lubricant with the powders of high-speed steel and Fe-Cr-Mo-V alloy tool steel as base material. The resulting mixture is press-compacted at a pressure of 4-7 tons/cm and then is subjected to solid-phase sintering at 1,180-1,220 deg.C, so that a blade composed of a sintered compact having 6.2-6.8g/cm apparent density can be manufactured. Since pores remain in the sintered blade because of solid-phase sintering, sealing surface treatment of sintered blade is applied by subjecting the sintered blade to any of the following: treatment with steam of 500-600 deg.C; nitriding treatment by immersion in a cyanogen bath; gas nitriding by means of ammonia, etc., and impregnation treatment by immersing in an aqueous solution in which ceramics such as Cr2O3, etc., is dispersed. |
