COLD FORGING SYSTEM FOR ALUMINUM OR ALUMINUM ALLOY

PURPOSE:To perform the uniform lubrication treatment of an Al or Al alloy blank and to improve the working efficiency by providing the coating means of a liquid lubricant at the slope part of the chuter to transfer said blank to a cold forging machine by rolling it to the slantly lower part from the upper part. CONSTITUTION:The material to be worked 11 consisting of an Al or Al alloy blank inside a hopper 1 is lifted to the upper part by a scraping up conveyor 2. Said material 11 to be worked is then moved with rotating it to the slantly lower part from the upper part inside a inclining chuter 3. Said material 11 is then carried into the cold forging machine 7 located at the terminal of said chuter 3 and taken off from the chuter 9 for discharging after forging it by its leading between dies 8. In the above cold forging system a lubricant spraying box 4 is provided on the way of said chuter 3 inclined part and the liquid lubricant is uniformly coated on said dropping material 11 surface with its spraying from a lubricant tank 5.
