Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance of the inner surface of a tube by a method wherein a linear produced by fixing ceramic pieces to a rubber plate is inserted in the interior of the tube having unit length and, after that, vulcanized so as to make the linear and the tube into an integral body. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic pieces 5, 5... are fixed to a rubber plate 6 by rubber- based adhesive or the like so as to produce a liner 8 in order to insert said liner 8 in the interior of a tube 3 under the condition that epoxy-based adhesive or the like is applied onto the outer surface of the liner 8. The tube 3 is sealed by fixing cover plates 9 and 9 to flanges 2 and 2 provided at both the ends of the tube 3. The rubber plate 6 and the tube 3 are made into an integral body by curing the linear 8, which is expanded under pressure with high pressure gas supplied from a gas charging device 10. After that, the resultant wear resistant tube 1 is set in an autoclave 11 so as to be subjected to the predetermined vulcanizing treatment.
