Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a carcinostatic or antineoplastic protein, by preparing a manifestation vector capable of manifesting a specific DNA sequence with a host microorganism and culturing a host microorganism transformed by the vector. CONSTITUTION:A host microorganism (e.g. E.coil) is transformed with a manifestation vector capable of manifesting a DNA sequence of a gene coding a carcinostatic or antineoplastic protein (SAGP) originated from hemolytic streptococcus in the host microorganism. The transformed microorganism produced by this process is cultured to produce SAGP. The DNA sequence of gene coding SAGP is preferably expressed by formula I and formula II (the sequence of 1,020 bases between both formulas is omitted).
