NON-LUBRICATED SCROLL COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To make the gap between a stationary scroll and a turning scroll appropriate, by forming a male thread part in the part of an autorotation preventing auxiliary crank, which is projected from a stationary scroll side roll bearing, and by screwing nuts onto the male thread part, for adjusting the gap between both scrolls in accordance with the tightening amount of the nuts. CONSTITUTION:An autorotation preventing auxiliary crank 12 is formed therein with a male thread part 18 projected at the crank shaft part 12A side end face, axially from a roll bearing 13 on the stationary scroll side. Meanwhile, the turning scroll 8 side of the auxiliary crank 12 is fixed to the inner race of a roll bearing 15 by means of a snap ring 17. Adjusting nuts 19, 20 seating on the inner race of the roll bearing 13 is screwed on the male thread part 18 of the auxiliary crank 12. With this arrangement, by fastening nuts 19, 20, the gap between the scrolls 2, 8 may be adjusted by an amount corresponding to the play of roll bearings 13, 15, thereby it is possible to easily obtain an appropriate gap between the scrolls.
