PURPOSE:To heat a room inside by adequate heat storing of the solar heat energy in winter, and automatically limit the heating of a heat regenerating wall in summer, by a method wherein a Fresnel prism sheet is provided on the outside of an air layer, the solar ray is reflected when the solar ray angle of incidence is large in summer, then the solar ray is permeated to the heat regenerating wall only when the solar ray angle of incidence is relatively small in winter. CONSTITUTION:A Fresnel prism sheet 16 is detachably attached on the part facing to a room outside 14 of a heat regenerating wall structure 10. A heat regenerating wall 20 is installed on the inner side of said Fresnel prism sheet 16 via an air layer 18. A prism surface of the Fresnel prism sheet 16 is installed as its prism surface is faced to the room outisde, a gentle slope 26 is arranged at the upper location than a steep slope 28. By said installing, the solar ray from outside is totally reflected as shown by a arrow mark A when the sun location is high in summer, the direct solar ray penetration to the heat regenerating wall 20 can be cut off. And the solar ray penetrates the prism sheet and can be irradiated toward the heat generating wall 20 direction as shown by an arrow mark B when the sun location is low in winter. A solar heat absorption film 38 is pasted on the surface of the air layer 18 side of the heat regenerating wall 20.
