COMPOSITE CONVEYOR DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce a loss time by providing an auxiliary belt which is moved vertically, in between a sub-belt and a work station and translocating a transfer object onto a main belt by lowering said auxiliary belt. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary belt 3 is rotated at the same time it is lifted up, receives a transfer object A1... from a sub-belt 2 and transfers it, and the transfer object A1 is detected by a sensor S1 at the end point of the belt 3, the rotation of the auxiliary belt 3 is stopped and the belt 3 is lowered, and the transfer object A1 is instantly translocated onto a main belt 1 and sent to a work station W. When the following transfer object A2 arrives at the end point of the auxiliary belt 3 during the tact time of the work station, the rotation is stopped by means of the sensor S1, the work station W is lowered by means of the end signal of the tact time and the conveyed object A1 is translocated to the main belt 1 while, at the same time, the auxiliary belt 3 is also lowered and the transfer object A2 is translocated onto the main belt 1. Accordingly, a loss time can be reduced as compared with the time at which the transfer object is translocated from the sub-belt 2 to the main belt 1.
