description PURPOSE:To reduce the flicker phenomenon and to make the performance uniform, by providing a feedback impedance adjusting means in a voltage feedback amplifier provided in each color signal output terminal. CONSTITUTION:A matrix circuit 22 is connected through a voltage feedback amplifier 20, which has a feedback resistance 21, to the output terminal of a solid image pickup element 12 which has plural photoelectric transducers arranged two- dimensionally, a switching element group which scans these photoelectric transducers to read the signal of each color, and terminals W, G, Cy, and Ye from which signals of respective colors are outputted. In respect to the voltage feedback amplifier 20, the feedback impedance is adjusted finely by the method where the capacity between both terminals of the feedback resistance 21 by a whisker trimmer 25, the method where a part of the feedback resistance 21 is constituted by a variable resistor and a capacity is connected between the middle point and the output of the amplifier to change the middle point position, etc., thereby cancelling flicker between terminals W and G and terminals Ye and Cy.
